Jo and I had the opportunity this past weekend to participate in a Korean Homestay. This program introduces you to a traditional Korean village, food, and home. We had a great experience!

@ABiteOfMe Yeah interseting! I didn't spend my own money for it. Korean Tourism Organization paid it all since I've been selected as one of the member of their Homestay program, with another student from other countries. But I heard that if we pay by ourself, it will be around 50.000 Won or 50 USD for one night and one day in one Hanok :)

Hi I'm from Indonesia and I was also in the same program for this spring. I was suprised that your host family was the same as mine, the haraboji and halmoni, the house and even the breakfast. I miss them so much! nice to know that we have the same second family :)
