There was an exception of building materials because hamas was just taking them and using it to build millitary bunkers and tunnels to smuggle weapons. But those restrictions too have eased. They probably shouldn't have elected a government with absolutely no economic plans and the only stated goal of removing the state of Israel and they would make more than a dollar a day,

Things we take for granted, such as antibiotics, is impossible to get in Gaza. This is is because they are not allowed to trade by Israel. Israel will kill innocent civilians and even humanitarians to prevent trade from Gaza with other countries. This is illegal by UN laws, because they have not sanctioned it. Every time a country attempts to pass sanctions on Israel, America uses it's veto rights. Nobody is really reporting on this. Why? Because they don't want any trouble with America.

I love this circular argument against the blockade. They say a blockade isn't legal because Gaza is not an independent country, it is occupied. Well if that is the case, then a blockade wouldn't be necessary! If Israel was currently INSIDE Gaza, it could eliminate Hamas rocket squads and the blockade wouldn't be necessary! The truth is Israel tried to create a free Gazan state, Gazan's responded by electing Hamas by a large margin whose stated goal is to kill or remove every jew from "Palestine"
