This sports documentary discusses about cricket, the skils required at the highest level and how to improve the modern cricketer in terms of skill and fitness levels.

Even if you aren't interested in the above mentioned details, there are a lot of cool cricket clips (reverse swinging yorkers, big hits) which will keep you entertained :)

  • lol I first thought it was a bowler with a bikini at 1:25 o.O

  • i love ths game .

  • Alex Tudor (Who is featured in this part) ironically had his career ended by Brett Lee who struck him in the head with a bouncer.

  • So how long was he in the academy for? You could always tell they'd invested alot in him

  • MITCHELL JOHNSON IN UNDUES!!!

  • @ajeshnag thanx alot bro ill try that and let u know if it works im sure it will :)

  • @mrbinibone The most important part of fast bowling is to have control, then pace will increase naturally. Focus on getting your bowling arm straight, try to get the front elbow straight/high up and have good rhythm when you run up. If you are not happy with the run up, stop and run in again. Keep your body strong when delivering, i.e. don't fall over. Don't try to generate pace by slinging your bowling arm too fast. If the ball is swinging too much, bowl cross seam, and always follow through.
