hey i haveent played baseball in years and i went to throw the other day and my tricep hurt every time i threw the ball is that bad will that go away if i keep throwing or is my arm done?

I do the same stretch every morning even though I no longer play. It's a good overall routine even for staying flexible in everyday life.

Thanks Jason for this video. Its extremely helpful for me to get back into tip top athletic shape. I go to the gym regularly but recently went for a thai massage class and realize how inflexible and tight my muscles are. the instructor suggested restorative yoga but after seeing this video i will be doing these stretching daily before going to the gym. thanks again man!
I hopped u warmed up and did proper stretching first. Take it slow initially gain distance and the soreness should decrease. Is it sore or did you hurt it by overdoing it?

What a great video! This video makes me want to get back in baseball shape. This guy is incredible the way he can stretch! I'm going to go stretch now.

Have u had a partner there to assist? Doing this at your age, u need assistance to maximize workouts not only to inspire but to push the body. Make sure you practice good breathing techniques also. Keep us informed.

Well not only am I not stretched, but I've noticed I am incredibly inflexible. Great stretches, but I can't do some of them simply because I don't have the flexibility. Is flexibility a must?

@OfficialGSmoke827 Flexability is a key to agility, agility is a one key to ones atheletic ability. Start slowly to stretch the muscle group you are working on, increasing the range of motion on a daily basis.
