I admit that there are MANY bad examples as you said, but we live in a world that is occupied by the education of the media! Naturally what ppl like to see is extreme unnatural events, the media is simply satisfying ppl's needs.. but what we see on tv today is not more than a superficial dusty cover of a very great book!

May we all be guided to the straight path..

Isn't that what this guy is doing? Judging a whole country by what he sees ( a bad apple) in the media. Your straight path may not be the straight path for the next person and certainly not for me. If it is for you, then keep it. I don't need it!

Slow down, i don't mean or want to argue with you, but in this world, no one ever is perfect! This guy is taking an example from the media only to show that even who we (muslims/non-muslims) see as happy ppl, it doesn't necessarily mean they ARE. He took Presley as an example here and did not judge a country! This tv series is barely made as a incentive to fix the issues of muslim youth in their corrupted society, not to fight against the world or to prefer one nation against the other!

If happiness is Islam, then why so many bombings of mosques, suicide bombers blowing up shia pilgrims in Iraq, etc., etc., etc.? Pure horse manure!
