wow i can't believe that some so-called Raider fans are talking smack about Al Davis. He is the Raiders and has done alot for football. Go and read up on some Raider history and read about what Al Davis has done for the team and the Nfl before u open ur mouths and sound ignorant, Yes he has made some questionable decisions but at the end he is still a legend and deserves respect if u don't like him then go find another team to cheer for!

Hue Jackson was the reason the Raiders doubled their offensive production. The only thing AL does wrong, is draft some weird players in the first, and not draft the proper QB. If you analyze the drafts PROPERLY, you'll see that the Raiders have some pretty SOLID young talent who are beginning to blossom. If Belichick was the coach in Oakland with the talent they have, Raiders would have won a ring or two. Coaching(which has been solved i believe), and QB is AL's issue, nothing else.
