Tiger would fight anyone. Jay Wells was a real strong guy and good fighter. 2 years later Bob Miller would be cheering for the Tiger in his broadcasts when he became one of the most loved players in LA Kings History. Seeing Tiger play was always worth the price of the ticket. Not many players that you can say that about every night.

Beautifull! Where is this now

The Wells Williams brawl was the best of the two. But Delorme, man he was one tough customer...
-
old school

go uncle ronnie.. he is my uncle

Wells scalped williams in that bout! It seemed that fights in them days were more intense then the ones we have now..True dislike then..now it is just somebody doing their job...

Great reply. Tiger is a legend. I've had to point that out before about all the goals he scored even with 300+ PIM!

Williams a pussycat? Look at some early tape on Williams. He wasn't a big guy, but he fought some of the toughest in the 70s and 80s. Great fights with Behn Wilson, Jack McIlhargey, and the very unheralded Brad Maxwell. Williams was fun to watch and a decent scrapper.
Actually did alright with a VERY tough Jay Wells here. Where was the grabbing?????
