This is my journey, I am working on a healthy lifestyle, this is a video on my update. Thanks to Dan the Liferegenerator I have a new way to be healthy, the raw food lifestyle.

  • Hey everyone, hope you are all well and working on your new lifestyles. I am very happy with my new raw food diet. I eat mainly fruit and vegetables, some cooked . I have lost about 100 lbs in total since I first started. Now I can eat just as much and keep the weight off. The key here is to eat raw food, like apples, grapes, oranges etc. and drink plenty of water. If you have any questions please feel free, I am glad to help, peace

  • Hi everyone, hope you are all working hard on your journey to health. I am well and very happy with this raw food lifestyle. I added airpopped popcorn as well to my diet, and I have cooked vegetables sometimes. Excercise is also important for me, and I have alot of energy, I have an excercise bike and also take long walks. Thank you for your support and together we can all live a healthy and happy life. Peace

  • The holidays are here again, and I am okay with it, this is the best time of the year and being on this raw food diet will help. I am not afraid to eat some little extras, as I learned not to have as much. So everyone please enjoy yourselves, and remember its not what you eat but how much of it. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

  • My update, 1 year on this raw food journey, it really has changed my life for the better in many ways. I still have some cooked foods though, but only vegetables. I eat alot of apples and sometimes bananas but not often. I also have air popped popcorn which is very healthy and some sunflower seeds. Hope everyone is doing well, thank you for your support remember it can be done! Peace

  • My update, exercise is working for me at this point, and I continue to eat raw with some seeds. My skin is getting better both in tightness and in overall condition, I will continue to work on my new lifestyle as it gets easier for me. Thank you to all who show interest in my progress, peace to you, and remember it can be done!

  • My new update, after about 6 months on the raw food diet. I feel great and full of energy, Im at 90% raw now and exercise every day. As with all weight loss there is some degree of loose skin,  this will take some time and exercise. Thank you again to Dan, the Liferegenerator and all the raw foodists, Peace to you all and know that you too can do this!

  • Very good:) I'm vegetarian for 12 years now and for the last 1 and a half year I was trying to get vegan; was not 100% succeded but I'm still trying:) I wish all the best to you:)

  • Thank you for your positive comment, and I am glad you are doing better, the raw food lifestyle is really new for me, a few months ago I started. But like you it was the only way to live to regain health. Peace and love to you

  • Hi Laura, I started off a month ago on a raw diet and worked myself up to around 80- 100% and it varies from day to day.. sometimes I may include organic free range eggs or say wild alaskan salmon.. other times I include a few rice cakes.

    Like you I had sugar addiction and my body suffered.. I had semi systemic candidasis.. many health issues.. my doctor prescribed me 10 lots of antibiotics over a 2 year period.. I was very sick.

    I did much research and now am more alkaline and healthy:)

  • My update, I am doing well so far, my water fasts are better and my raw food diet is also better, I am at 85% now, so I have more energy. I have lost about 25 lbs so far, never thought it would be possible. Thank you,  to everyone who supports me and I will keep going. Hope you are all doing well and positive energy to all. Peace
