Charlene wore an off-the-shoulder Giorgio Armani gown paired with a long long veil for the Catholic ceremony, which was held in the throne room at the princely palace.

Sorry to draw the obvious comparison, but on Kate and William's wedding day, Kate was smiling and beaming the entire time, while William was a bundle of nerves. Here you have the Prince winking every 20 seconds and his bride looking like she's about to burst into tears.

Why does everybody say she looks unhappy? She is probably so scared !! Imagine yourself being a swimmer from some south african little town and then the Prince of monaco wants to marry you! I mean i'm sure she knew there were gonna be loads of rumours and she doesn't even speak french . she probably didn't want to stick out!! If i were her i would have done the same .

This whole thing is so awkward. When he is looking at her at the altar it is with no emotion, when she is at the altar she also has no emotion, but when she breaks down crying listening to the choir, the prince looks at her like she's crazy. Thats the saddest part for me, his beautiful young bride is crying, and he's looking at her like she needs to stop. Really quite sad.

Lol they look nervous and I've seen enough weddings and couples to know that when something isn't right. They can't even look each other in the eye. They both have this nervous,let's get this over with,energy about them. Sure they may love each other but something isn't right about them.

you people have no idea what the hell you are talking about... The whole Charlene is unhappy thing is false. She was under a lot of pressure compared to Albert because of all the rumors going around about her fleeing Monaco... Which were obviously not true, because when she DID go to the airport she actually went to Paris to get her wedding dress, and not to South Africa. She did go once to South Africa for some sort of charity thing... Are any of you guys even from Monaco? I am behind at 1:17
