why are they using wires to show that their devices can talk to each other. Did you guys noticed the wire connected to touchpad they wanted to hide by making it black and keeping cloth bag there!

It depends. If you want the just wi-fi version you need to go to a place only that has internet. But for the TouchPad theres 3G or 4G wi-fi version you have to pay each month for limited or unlimited wi-fi. Like the iPad the wi-fi version with 3G you can pay 15$ for limited place to have wi-fi its good for not a huge huge town and not going all over the world like traveling, dont get me wrong its still go coverage I'm not saying its bad. The 30$ is unlimited place. I hope this helps

Palm is always too late. They would have had a chance had the tablet been available in Feb but now that iPad2 is out, TouchPad is dead.

Touchpad looks clean. I do think HP took a little too long with it, but I also think it's the best looking tablet in the pipeline. If I choose a tablet over a laptop, thenTouchpad is definitely the front runner for me.
