  • I am 62 years old, and first saw him when I was 19. No one will ever be his equal And this, from someone who saw all the great ones. I am still rockin'. and My husband, and three kids were in the front row at Great Woods in 2008. Unforgettable!

  • The track should've been called 'Every Day I Can Play The Blues'.

  • "Nothing but the Blues"- the best blues documentary never released!

  • @TomWrightMusician agreed

  • Don't usually like Clapton's playing, but this is actually awesome!

  • Best 240p ever :)

  • The first 52 seconds of this is breathtaking. If you could learn to play just that section with the ease that he plays it, you could play any blues song ever written.

  • That vibrato's just sick!!!

  • This series of blues is the best! For all you Clapton fans, look up the live TV recording called "Early in the Morning". Eric just shines on that one as well. He plays some of the most amazing guitar solos on that song.

  • @butrokkek I agree. After thinking about the concert I saw this year, Eric did the acoustic version of "Driftin Blues" with just acoustic guitar and a mic, no band and no effects. The crowd was in awe. I just thought about what you said, Buddy, Stevie and B. B. King would not do that, they could not pull it off.

  • @cgabler91191 He has no equals

  • @joemysteryguitar Eric Clapton has few equals in this genre of music. I think his blues playing is one of most disciplined styles. He is the real deal, and I can say that his live performances were right up there with Buddy Guy, BB King and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
