Apparently this film is an unofficial adaption of the novel 'The Jugger' by Richard Stark; if so, it is a pretty abysmal intepretation.

Manny Farber called this a bad movie. No critic, no matter how intelligent, is immune to mistakes in judgment. James Agee, after all, thought 'Out of the Past' was an average melodrama.
Now, if only Godard had made this in 3-D, with loads of CGI and underwater bazooka firefights, wouldn't that be something? Something for every one.

Exhausting yet amazing symbolism in this one. I'm convinced he was trying to realize his dream girl on screen... She's definitely mine too =)
