i can say this about a comparison between Sephiroth and Luca, the only thing that can be compared is that their mother's fate is what caused them to do what they did.

the difference is Sephiroth whined like a little child, while Luca went on a brutal rampage.

of course its granted that Luca's mother's fate was FAR worse.........FAR worse. I'm talking about how it wasn't even game worse and would have gotten the game a M rating.

Also:what about leon silverberg? He didn't give a shit who he worked for,as long as he was on the winning side.He supports a war cause as necessary no matter what cause it is and if you can win.He was pretty evil.

@piromaniac9999 I kind of felt bad for Rowd, he seemed to only be motivated by getting a promotion and if you go into a certain house the first time you're in Kyaro, you can meet Rowd's sister, who is blind and he is trying to raise money for an operation on her eyesight.
