how can you add a glow effect into & around subject #1 so that the subject looks as though beams of light are coming from him without effecting the subject #2 & how does this effect look with various textures?
Please help...can it be done with this video???
as you look at the video all the subjects on the left side should have this glow effect, while subjects on the right should not be effected

and is it pretty simple to learn and work with?

    ty again!!!

  • you can ad "glow effect" in Vegas Video but if you want the beam of light

use the "light rays" what it does is : take all the color information and uses it as a ligt behind.

I hope that it was helpfull :)

  • can you demonstrate for us how this would look either on this video or on your own?

  • first you use the chroma keyer, then make a copy of your video

Now ! take the video that you just edited with glow or light rays effect... and put it behind the one you just chroma keyed .. now the light effect will apear around the the figures ... (I did'nt make that effect on my clip just the light rays and the Glow)

  • I hope this will help .. I've made a crappy version but if you play around with sensitivity and strength you will come up with ar very good effect ;)

  • Light behind =)
