The one and only Renewable & Biodegradable oil source is currently illegal. The 'War on Drugs' has been the second biggest social failure in American History, second only to Slavery. Re-Legalize Industrial Hemp so we can grow all of our oil and fuel in America Mr. President. Hemp Biodiesel Engines + Hemp Cellulose Ethanol = WIN.
