Sorry this video is so dark! But thats how a theater should be.... This is a quick walk through of My Private Viewing Room a custom Home Theater from NOCHTI. Completed in 2002 and using a home theater PC w/DVD burner and a DLP projector this theater was WAY ahead of its time. The PVR has some unique features like dual (front and back) 21" Isobaric subwoofers in 55 cubic foot enclosure made from poured concrete weighing more than 1200# each Deliver over 120db of bass down to 16hz, thats below the Human hearing thresholds. well as a Hidden refridgerator, An air filter hush box for dead quiet projection as well as a 100ft long bass trap located under the rear seating level to acoustically seal the room to 16hz. I even made custom feet for the couch to maximize the speaker placement for the front listeners. Custom Walnut Desk w/ footrest and trim add a luxury feel and is not something offered by any regular installer. Tilted, angled walls focus the In-wall speakers at the listiners and help control room resonances combined with extensive sound absorbtion this theater is acoustically superior to your typical installation. I am the one man full installation specialist. over 16 years of speaker building and several proffessional construction stints as well as hardwood working allow me to apply my unique and superior technique to this trade. • Nice installation.

  • Thanks! I appriciate the nice comments. they make my day! I install these proffesionally, full rooms begin as low as 6000$ for the entire room, projector and sound. Cheers!

  • awesome setup!

  • Thanks! I've just added a video of the rear 21" subwoofer. Cheers!

  • Screen is 90" and seating distance is 9ft to the front row. The radeon AIW video card does a great job on DVD upconversion so superbit or high quality DVDs look great. This is still the best looking setup for standard DVDs I have seen. Cheers! Nick

  • Thank You! I like to tilt my walls to help with room resonances as well as create a flat baffle for the speaker which is tilted at the correct angle for optimal listining instead of a flat wall with a speaker angled within it. I'm just about to post a new video with showing the rear 21" subwoofer under the stairs. Thanks again for the nice comment! Nick
