Walker offered a a true plan of reform and the Democrats countered with more of what did not work in the past. It was an easy decision for voters. Walker 53 % Barrett 47% . The sins of the past cant just be kicked down the road to someone else forever. Barrett basically admitted he had no plan forward and simply ran as the I am not Walker candidate . That was a bad idea as voters expect a lot more.
