@AmbientMW a 4x400 leg is different than an open 400, unless you have run an open 400 then you havent experienced the real race and yeah the 800 and 400 are not harder then the other they are both equally ass kicking, I haven't even run a great time on the 800 and I still think its hard

Yeah sorry man, but the 800m is definitely harder, and I run both races.
