It really doesn't do much I have the problem and i just restart my macbook pro and it works it happens to me is when i dont turn it off properly.

ok you wont divulge your credit card details. then you tell us you dont have a credit card, And you dont have 89 pounds. i was wondering abt that judging by your youth.
And then you suggest it took some german moron 4 hours to give you the works and another half an hour to spell your (what name?) 6 times. I heard a lot about how well apple support works. So what part of your story is true?

although i adore my macbook, there are so many problems that come with owning one. i think if apple are gonna charge so much they need to make sure they are actually reliable.

i got the same problem and all started like 2 week after i upgrade to snow leopard!!

at first i also thought it was a snow leopard Bug! however the guys at apple said it could not have been - any way i got a brand new battery out of it fro free so . . . no complaints

i thought that first, but after plugging in my Hard drive with a leopard clone on it and booted it, it was still the same, Apple say it is a hardware problem not software
