Sorry, but that is Lorraine Lewis leading Femme Fatale, performing the song "Waiting for the Big One". I don't know where you got the info that they were lip syncing Yankee Rose, but if you watch the video closely enough, the only "lip syncing" going on is for their own song, stated above. All her moves and clothing changes are all available to see if you pull up her videos. Personally, it looks like nothing more than one song recorded over another persons video. My opinion only, but hey ......
