When you are working on a Title, click on the text box then copy and paste it.
Open the new (pasted) box and change the fonts, but (important) also change the sliders at the bottom to start and stop the effects at different times.

You go to the PRODUCE tab on the top of the PowerDirector program, then click on YouTube. The first time you will have to enter your YouTube account info, but then it will upload to both YouTube and the PowerDirector site.
Yes, there are tutorials available on the PowerDirector site too.
