I know what you mean. Don't let it bother you. It'll just hurt more if you do. Just go on with your life like you normally would. It isn't easy. But once you get the hang of it it's a snap. But never yell or ask people why their staring at you. This could more harm than good.

don't worry most people are like that, they make the choice to stand up, but in the end they just can't for whatever reason, you just have to resolve yourself to your choice and follow though with it until the end even if halfway though it seems that things will come out worse then if you didn't do anything
