@AnimationPlantation . Thanks, I bought the FT80 anyway. Was just after comfort while working out, etc. But its ok. I guess I love the brand. :-)

@SSuperCuriouss Without a strap you don't get 100% accuracy but I have a polar with a strap & another brand from Kmart without a strap that doesn't get that much difference in results as my Polar. I guess it depends on how much you wanna nit pick

I have been using Polar's training computers since 2004. At first I wasn't sure of how I could benefit from using it, but now I can't exercise without it. I now have the FT80 with G1 GPS sensor and love it.
As a Certified Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Coach for Seven Wellness since 2001, I recommend Polar training computers to clients because they help clients attain results faster. Chris Knight

So is the FT80 the bestest Polar has? I mean this vid is 2 years old.
Or is there another make i should look at - no price limit. I like to gym, swim and run.
Is there something without a strap, just as good?
The gps is massive bulky!!
