  • To my ear, he's the most lyrical and musical 'classical' singer I've heard. A real gem of a musician.

  • We now know that his comments on the male voice of the 17th and 18th C is dated and wrong. The dominate male voice of that time was the voice of the Castrato, not countertenor.
