The Front's self-titled tape was released in 1989. I heard a DJ playing Sunshine Girl in a nightclub one night and asked him what it was. I bought the tape the next day. This band rocks. Sadly, I never got to see them play live.

Michael Anthony Franano - Vocals, Rhythm Guitar
Bobby Franano - Keyboards
Mike Greene - Lead Guitar
Shane - Drums
Randy Jordan - Bass, Vocals

This song reminds me of hanging out at "The Rage" nightclub in Baltimore City. Good times.

  • OMG. I had this song dubbed on a tape... listened to it over & over. That's been almost 20 years!!!!! Just listened to it and was teleported back to 8th grade. Awesome!!

  • I remember buying this album as a "pick of the month" from one of those tape/record order things, just because i was curious (and required to buy a tape, or be charged for one!). I was way surprised by this album back then, and still love it! Thanks for posting this

  • I saw them open up for Enuff Z'Nuff in 1989.

  • these guys changed their name to Baker's Pink, and released a GREAT hard rock album in 1993

  • Pure greatness!

  • Ahh...I remember the cassette was orange and the CD was yellow.

  • I used to wear this album out....max volume!!

But I never had anyone stick their leg out of my window....unfortunately

  • Thanks for sharing!!

  • Loved this album! Tried to get everyone I knew to listen to it.
