thank you so very much - what is the % of? I mean contrast and expand have a value of 100% -100% - of what? the original selection? the picture size?

hai there,i want to ask how do you get that black and white layer mask?i was able to open the layer mask and selected the picture by quick selection tool instead of magic wand,but the layer mask appeared beside the picture as plain white,please help me outhere.

why would you set that as overlay i didnt understant why you did that

but i liked the vid though very intuative
