The green finger thief!

On 24/05/2008 at 4:25 AM a guy entered my front garden and stole my mum's plants (Zantedeschia).
This incident happened in a town called Attard located in Malta and was captured from 3 cctv cameras. The 3rd camera recorded the thief actually taking the plant but unfortunately it had a very poor visibility as no light was emitted.

The value of the plant is not the issue as its quite annoying and unpleasant that someone enters someone else property without permission. The reason for uploading this video is for someone who can identify this guy or, help me improve the quality of the video as I am no expert in the movie making business.

The 2 recorded videos are an .Avi format of 20 mb and 12 mb in size.
XVID video compression,
Bit rate 120kbps,
frame rate of 25 frames/second.

Hey man, I use to live in Malta, funny thing, I have a favor to ask,. can you video my old house? I am not sure where it is located, but it is somewhere in attard and it was next to construction site....any ideas?
