I saw this musical a couple of years ago with a friend - we both felt Jesus did nothing but whine and empathised with Judas.

The guy is Marcus Lovett who starred as the Man in the original London production of Whistle Down the Wind which opened the year this concert was given which is why it is Whistle Down the Wind-heavy.
