  • I dont recall the exact year, apx 1974-5 at a mobil home cafe around newhall or castake I got to watch and hear Tex jam.i was 18 and he was getting on but it was a good time ill never forget.

  • Another big Capitol hit written by the great Merle Travis. Strory goes "Hey Merle I need a good song, can you help me? Merle Said gimme a cigarette, I can think without a cigarette" Wrote it in one day.
