Tennessee loses and estimated 3.2 billion in sales a year to cross-border, internet and catalog sales, leaving Tennessee businesses hurting and state coffers empty. Tennessee relies heavily on state sales tax to fund the state and the estimated 3 million dollars lost each year could save jobs, create news ones, fund schools, safety and other vital needs of the state.
