We haven't got much time on pavement most of our ours are on the water. We do have a much lower ground pressure than most tracked vehicles, snowmobiles included so our tracks are taking less abuse.

Now that is the ultimate Rescue Rig.!!!!! I guide for Catfish on rivers and that would be the Cats MEOW for rivers with shallow spots and rocks.. just drive over them.. WOW, some one has the ticket right there.. Wish I could get my hands on one to see if it would work in the rivers... Awesome work.

what do the tracks slide on?

The tracks run on small wheels, "bogies", and do not slide. The tracks are special snow mobile tracks that are made without windows.

The FastTrack 1 uses variable drive.
