Very touching. Bridge Over Troubled Water
April 18, 2009: Citizens Bank Park...Phillies moving Harry's casket down the line, to be put into the hearse. Followed by the videos and stuff that were after. Everyone was crying at this point, it was so sad.

@itzahazylife I know a lot of people, myself included, who would have liked to get down there for the memorial, but couldn't get off work that day.

Seems like yesterday. I've never seen a more tremendous tribute. It was just fantastic. A fantastic tribute to a fantastic man. Harry is a man who will never be forgotten!

Me too. A friend of mine tried calling me a few minutes after the ceremony ended and I was still so broken up I couldn't answer the phone. I remarked that I am glad my house has flood insurance because I was crying my eyes out, especially at this part.
WE STILL LOVE YOU HARRY!!!! RIP!!!

This moment moved everyone. For one of the few times life became bigger than baseball. I was watching at home and like so many, I was swept into the moment while watching Harry leave us for the last time.

i feel like that stadium should have been full..they probly had a good reason to keep it small, but i really wish that stadium was packed for this moment..

I agree that it should have been a packed stadium, but CBP had nothing to do with that.
People had from 8am-noon to come pay their respects and stay for the ceremony. Unfortunately there wasn't a bigger turnout for such an amazing man.
On the other hand, it was very intimate with a small amount of people. We all love Harry!
