  • The short hair looks sooo much better/ manlier on him...

  • Credit due, the man is amazing. It is allot harder to body build as a vegan than a meat eater. His site is extremely informational and detailed.

  • @19shiloh I'm glad you liked him, I think he is great too. :)

  • 5,000 calories a day wold be easy for a meat eater, cheese eater, or sugar eater

  • @lazur1 I agree, I guess one would need to get used to eating larger quantities of food.

  • U da man Rob

  • @RawRebuild Very true.

  • Vision should be perfect. Humans should be extremely efficient and not have to consume huge amounts of food. The state which the general populace is in, demands for consuming larger amounts of food b/c every 'body' is sub-par and needs to grow and build in order to achieve its full biological blueprint. Very few humans understand what a healthy body looks like. It's like hordes of domesticated dogs looking to other domesticated dogs for validity. All domesticated dogs come from the Grey Wolf....

  • We're so far from recognizing what the optimal human form is. Humans should not have to work out ever in order to maintain muscle from birth to death. All teeth should accommodate the jaw & gums including wisdom teeth. Gums should be full & fleshy. Teeth should stay full white. The skin should have closed pores & constant shine. Hair should be isolated to the scalp, eyebrows & face (mustache or beard in men depending on ethnicity). No body hair. There should never be receding hairline /balding.
