HIghlights of Jan Sandstrom's "Cantos de la Mancha" for Trombone, performed for the first time in Durban, South Africa, by Tony Boorer.
A much shorter version of Sandstrom's Don Quixote Concerto which was written for, and first performed by, Christian Lindberg in 1994.

  • We are doing this piece now with my orchestra...it's funny but this orchestra should have taken more time to count, that is really hard in this piece, and it could be a lot better than here...

  • Fantastic performance. I wish I could see the full of each movement!

  • Sir, your tone is impeccable. Absolutely gorgeous. You're a true inspiration to trombonists everywhere!!!!!

  • I think that he's idol is Christian Lindber.

  • lol ..looks rather funny but nice playing though :D
