haha thats DEFINITELY untrue! However that is the case for Jourdan Dunn, a British model.
Du is based in NY, this season she walked for Marc Jacobs, Derek Lam, DVF, Anna Sui and more and she dosnt look pregnant to me
But since she is very much an established model she can sort of choose to not do a certain show. Also IMG charges alot of money for Du Juan so designers might opt for cheaper asian faces who are newer (like Liu Wen)

huang xiao ming is an actor so hes definitely not directly afflicted w/ gucci

i googled that and that model isnt directly affiliated with Gucci (their current campaign features Abbey Lee, Raquel etc) - however Ai Tominaga from Japan was the face of their perfume a few years ago
anyway its a pity Du Juan dosnt go to Milan or Paris anymore, i guess they dont pay her enough to justify the trip :(
