I can understand that Mel (Jane Adams) got upset, but actually it is all Frasiers fault... Meddling...

I múst agree with you, Mel (Jane Adams)is strangely attractive... She (Jane that is) appeared in 'Happiness' and 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' and I thought she looked very good in those movies too... Huge eyes!

I like how the character of Mel was written, I just don't like how Jane Adams carries herself (or as the character). She's written as snobbish, sophisticated, and dainty, not nervous and flimsy.

Roz is a really nice female friend. Even though she doesn't really like Mel that much, she still went after her when she saw that she had broken up with Niles. When Joe broke up with Daphne, Roz hugged her and comforted her, too. It'd be cool to have a friend like her - someone you can be completely honest with and they'll comfort you no matter what. Some female friends don't always keep things to themselves... So it's nice to see someone do that, even on TV.
