Mono-sodium Glutamate is the main reason that we all have cravings for foods, it makes us addicted to any food that it has been put in, and that is most processed foods. And it is also a major reason that many of us have such a difficult time losing weight. It comes and many forms and is listed in many ways on food packaging, some you may know like spices, sodium glutamate and MSG or natural flavorings, this is just a few of it's names.

It's called capalism.
Personally I would sooner take a medicine that has gone through clinical trials and the peer-review process than one that hasn't.
And just because something is natural it doesn't mean it's safe.

I know not all things that are natural are safe. I am not saying we should go into the woods and eat some random plant because it grows from the ground. However, I'll eat fruits and vegetables to cure an aliment sooner than I'll eat a drug with god knows how many side effects. Last time I checked, you didn't need clinical trials to prove that vegetables improve your health. With ginger tea my cold is gone in 3 days, with cold medicine it takes at least 2 weeks, that's just my experience.
