The run down from Vallnord Bikepark, La Massana, Andorra to Hotel Palarine in Erts which is where the Commencal headquarters are. A great wind down from a hard days riding in the woods, bikes into the garage and beer served by the self proclaimed 'best barman in Andorra'. No need for a car when you stay here as it's down to the main lift from the hotel in the morning - happy days!

Just got out of hospital. Broke my collar bone and my wrist. Was in coma for 2 days too.Pulled up too hard and went off the back of my bike. Anyway, my stunt days are over. lol

Give it a couple of months and you'll be fine - helmets are a must, the guy in the yellow and red shirt has bust his collar bone twice this year already.
