  • i did exactly what you did, but what afterworts....i need to strore in in the Bbcf 2000 so next time i wont have to to that hell of a setup anymore.... can somebody point me of how to store them in the machine?

  • @TheRealtongeren You dont Map the BEHRINGER. Your mapping the BEHRINGER to Ableton.

The MIDI stays within your Ableton set...

  • i know, but when i did al my settings in ableton and the set is ready to be saved i save it and when i restart the machines it seems to forgot the settings, i know how to do the settings but what's weird is that the Behringer machine doesnt receive them anymore

  • @TheRealtongeren This may be an Ableton issue although i have never seen this before.

Try starting over with a new Ableton set and just map a couple of controls.

Save it, re-open it and take it from there.

Ensure your Behringer is always on the same MIDI channel.

  • @TecTactical I'm using headphones and I can hear him fine.

  • @DropDead2k at 2:00 mins in the video shows you how to set the mode of the controlls.

The mode selection box only appears when a control is selected in Ableton.

  • @mrcuss Thanks for the reply. I do not have the black boxes at the bottom of my screen where the yellow circle is. how do i get that?

  • @DropDead2k In Ableton you have to tell the software what type of controller is what.

For example an endless encoder works differently than a linear fader.

After selecting the control you want the fader to operate remember to set the controller type.

This is found at the bottom of the screen and is mentioned at the end of the above video.

  • @mrcuss But do You know how I can Fade Things in and out? i Have a Trigger Fingrt and when i set the Fader to something it just turns on, it doesnt Fade in or out D: Please Help.

  • @DropDead2k Thats correct. Everything will be blank untill you Map a Control to a parameter. As you map your controller the left side will populate with the corrisponding MIDI mapping configurations.
