    I consider myself as sportful.

    but I wasn't able to even do 1 pull-up at the beginning.

    (Because I didn't have a bar until a month ago...able to do 4 now.)

    I am not fat but I am 80KG,

    and I think pull-up exercise is a hard training;

    it is good for the body health (more supportive for the should and the back)

    The users who dislikes have no sense of appreciating a healthy life style.

  • @banasko81 i don't think it'll hurt your joints to lock out doing pull ups.

  • That's bad form. You shouldn't let your arms lock it's bad for your joints. You should start to pull up a few degrees before, by doing so you will always be in motion which is both harder and better for your muscles.
