I consider myself as sportful.
but I wasn't able to even do 1 pull-up at the beginning.
(Because I didn't have a bar until a month ago...able to do 4 now.)
I am not fat but I am 80KG,
and I think pull-up exercise is a hard training;
it is good for the body health (more supportive for the should and the back)
The users who dislikes have no sense of appreciating a healthy life style.

I have trained pull-ups for 1 month and I can only do 4 (dead hang) so far :(

@banasko81 i don't think it'll hurt your joints to lock out doing pull ups.

That's bad form. You shouldn't let your arms lock it's bad for your joints. You should start to pull up a few degrees before, by doing so you will always be in motion which is both harder and better for your muscles.
I don't like it at all. She is making me look bad. I am going to have to ask for videos of weaker women from now on to protect my delicate ego. ;-)
