Apple MacBook Pro 17" Problem (Graphics Card Glitch / Video Glitch)

April 2009 MBP 17" (still under apple care)

This is happening to my Apple Mac Book Pro every 2 days it seems. I am trying to narrow down the culprits of it. At first I thought it was iMovie that was making it happen, now I'm thinking it's Mozilla.

It's a new HDD, 7200rpm 500gb. The drive tests fine by all S.M.A.R.T statistics. So I'm thinking it's the graphics card. I doubt apple care will do anything about it... Only thing I can do is make a video and see if other users are, or have experienced a similar glitch which I am experiencing currently.

ha[[ens all the time to me. it can happen because you got a error window open or update installer up will in full screen of something. i solved by re starting my mac. if that doesnt work. get the drivers from the graphic card website. mine nvidia so i geuss yours is

I need help im trying to update my macbook from mac os x update combined (intel) to Mac OS X 10.5. I NEED MAJOR HELP everytime i go to software update it always says Software Update doesn’t have any new software for your computer at this time.
