Synopsis : Gyan Shankar Rai has been a total abstainer all his life. He did not ever touch a drop of alcohol nor did he fall for any woman. Then, one day he finds himself lucky to catch the glimpse of a young woman named Saudamani. Destiny has forced Saudami to become a prostitute. He instantly falls in love with her. He buys her and brings her to his palatial home. This is when he becomes alcoholic and becomes crazy in love. He renames her as Madhuri and promises her that she will rule his palace. However, he refrains from marrying her as it is a custom to get married to a woman from a good family. A few years down the line he is coaxed by his well wishers to marry and settle down. He heeds their dvice and looks out for a suitable girl. He comes across a beautiful woman, half his age, named Sumita. He meets her parents, pays off their debts, and marries her. He brings Sumita home, but makes it clear that Madhuri's word is law here. Then, Kumar finds out that Sumita had a childhood sweetheart Shekhar, who has now returned from abroad. Kumar meets Shekhar and finds out that both still have feelings for each other. Will Gyan Shankar be able to keep his young wife from eloping with Shekhar? Will Shekhar and Sumita's love transcend all boundaries and limitations?

Kya bakwaas time kharab kar diya kisi gadhe ki imagination....stupid bakwas what's the point? Aur Hema Malini ne kaha ki yeh unki favorite movie thi...hain ji? Yeh kya ho raha hai...bus ek shrap ko kaisa sach banaya ja sakta hai....I dont get this bullshit. Waste of my evening.
