Your brain needs key nutrients to be healthy. If you do not have enough in your diet you may struggle with depression in pregnancy or postpartum depression. Consider that your body produces a whole other person in pregnancy and your nutritional needs are great. If you have been on low fat diets or diets low in other key brain-building nutrients, depression may be the consequence. • It's so hard to be a woman isn't it? Men who help make the babies are clueless and impatient. I am tired, depressed, lonely and wish I could just fast forward a few months or more.

  • I really liked this video because it means that there is a scientific cause of depression, in this case is the lack of some nutrients, very interesting. There is more information on Pregnancy depression at Symposier site for physicians interested in looking for medical topics.

  • Love it. Though short, very informative. All moms-to-be should read a book like this!
