I feel like this would be a lot better of the camera man understood that we're watching this to learn the moves, not to oogle at the girl. You can't see her feet or hands in hardly any of the shots. That's not helpful at all.

Pole dancing literally means dancing with a pole; obviously it's for exercise like any form of dancing is and of course, something to learn to spice things up in a person's life. Even guys can do it. It's just very sexy I guess.
Stripping is well, getting rid of clothing, getting naked, undressing etc...it's not a synonym to pole dancing.
I suppose you can strip and pole dance simultaneously. Now that is an interesting idea....
