Kevin gave her the best deal. He wanted 51% then he would sell the business for 30 to 50 million dollars and she would walk away with 15 - 25 million dollars. She's a good business when it comes to the idea, but she will just burn through the 500 Grand and she will eventually be below water again. With Kevin she would have got about 20 million in the bank and she would be sitting pretty.

This was a no brainer investment. It's a great idea and already a money maker. She just burnt through the cash on her house and needed some capital.

Daymond should have went to 40 - 45%. She was willing to go 50-50. Bad business move by Daymond for only getting 35% for 500 Grand.

I'd invest, seems like a great idea to earn some money but she should of put her factory in China because thats a lot cheaper than keeping it here in the U.S.

Dominique..of all the products & ideas ..i think you have the most clever business solution/product/idea i am glad you kept controlling interest in your business..this way it cannot be sold out from under you ..think about this..how many business' can the sharks devote time to.as successful people i am sure their valuable time is very limited..i hope Damon brings you to the next level, but it sounds like you have done 90% of the critical work
