Excellent points!
I didn't know what hydration really meant until I got involved in regular (4-5x a week) Bikram yoga practice, in which I sweat more in one class than most people drink in water in maybe a month. On average, outside of class, I drink about 4-5 liters of water per day. My water bottle is always with me. I generally only drink water and tea.
It's still important to balance hydration with electrolyte intake. Salt, potassium, etc. That's very important as a yogi, in particular.

Lol I just thought I would make a smoothie to start raw food. We don't have much so I had to use some random things together and omg it was gross. Time to look up recipes of good combinations!

hello once more to a head'sup with one myself, since ma with us tried to stave off disturbing sleep to go to the bathroom but careful liquid evening amount got her equilibrium off. curiously i slept straight through after a late mushy watermelon or ferment mash & rose complete not only for urination. whereas if i had that quantity otherwise i think it would be flushed out earlier. it's important to keep in mind antidiuretic hormone's involvingly needing triggers not just avoiding gradient sakes.

hello again to topic not just to tap, regarding basic liquid capacity required discrepancy's by what needs further diluted. read africa w/ watery food not drinking much otherwise is well off off conventional chart. husband tried guzzling early morning awhile i discontinued to tenderness plus immediate bowel upon waking. energy to use, not sluggish nor forced time. soupy juicy source isn't so dizzy. he now has half ferments watered down & his eye's cellular help as well lip magnetized sip step

hello fellow one to move in waves, hydrating's a definite need but it's not just to be spouted since as 1 timothy 5:23 makes queasy consideration, 'Do not drink water any longer, but use a little wine for the sake of your stomach and your frequent cases of sickness' o i had awful time w/ plain water whereas watery foods brought to maximum i can take their conveying it. even h20 soakin something up, it seems more assimilated or at my stage damage from hg minerals managed more ok, lacto2 involved

Actually, about 50% of spring water is simply unfiltered tap water, watch out for labels. Another funny thing is that more than 1/3 of bottled water have been found to contain arsenic and bacteria, more than that in city water. If you want to be safe, just boil and filter your water, it will save you hundreds of dollars a year. I have a Brita and I fill up a metal, non-leaching bottle. Glass has been found to leach lead into water as it takes a few weeks to reach your store, and plastic-ugh!

The Oatmeal is usually not raw-- unless it 'whole unhulled raw oats'-- anything else isn't!! (but if your on a high raw diet, the oatmeal does has great soluable fiber and good nutrition-- as long as there is no sugar or weird stuff added
