VIDEO RULES:

1) must Be subscribed to me and my three judges:

2) Must be 18 or older or have parental permission
3) videos must be under 5 min
4) include what your cartoon is, cause i'm old and i dont know what these newage confangled cartoons are... whats a backyardigan?
5) if you use a photo slideshow hold up a sign with your user name on it!
6) only video response to THIS VIDEO
7) can enter TWICE once in each category (technically 3 times if you include the comment section)

COMMENT RULES:
1) the only difference between the video and the comment rules are you only have to be subbed to me
2) when entering only enter once and tell me your favorite birthday memory or you fav sat morning cartoon

I have it on my page as you go down that day and not

see it in your video responses, why not this?
