  • I know--it was a loooog day that time. I think she was exhausted. But, she stayed on her mat, which is rare and wonderful, no matter what the mood. So, I have to give her props for that!

  • Hi Sadie! I would like to lose alot of weight and love following your yoga weight loss vids but my problem is that I dont want to have to much arm muscle. Leg muscle i would love to build up but i dont want really...well..."ripped" armsLOL. Thanks in advance!

    That is the easiest way to meet bakasana, just as Iyengar taught it in Light on. I agree with you the energy needs to go up! Sometimes easier said than done. : )

  • Sadie, im a 23 year old guy, im very active and into fitness. I just recently searched youtube for Yoga videos and found yours to be the best, both in terms of instructon and clarity. i have to say that i did 45 minutes last night and got a feeling i never could have doing pull ups and push ups. Yoga make me feel elongated and stretched out. Im now a fan just dropping by to say THANK YOU.
