  • You don't seem to understand. OJ was never convicted for anything either.

He was supposed to get a second opinion to ok the late term abortions he did. The funny thing though was about 90-95% of these second opinions were all from the same person -who happened to be a close friend of his.

Now on to larger things. This was just whether or not it was legal. That aside legal or not anyone who does 60,000 abortions on kids so old they might as well be born is a disgusting cretin in my book.

  • Oh yeah? You have proof of that?

That would be illegal and he would have been convicted and sentenced for the crime.

HE NEVER WAS CONVICTED FOR ANYTHING.

    sorry but try again.

  • But could you not try that same argument for any other form of child abuse? The mother chose to?

BTW the vast majority of cases are not for health reasons.

  • All lives are equally important unless you disagree with the propositional statement in the Declaration. Now how many cases are like the one you just described? It's a small minority I think you'll find.

No Tiller didn't do it because it made him feel good He did it because he got quite rich doing it. Look up the circumstances around the legal case regarding him. He wasn't exactly "clean" if you get my drift.

Just because the mothers were complicit doesn't make it any better BTW.

  • Which is more important the life of th e mother? or a child that might not survive birth?

I dont think Tiler was an evil man who just killed babies because it made him feel good.

I could be wrong, but I dont think its my place to pass judgement on him. Without knowing the circumstances surrounding the cases.

People also seem to forget the mothers went to him voluntarily

  • The way I see it if the mother wants that choice why not.

I dont think any woman would take a decision like that lightly.

Or just wake up one day and decide they dont want a child.

I think any mother who does it does it after much thought and because they feel they dont have a choice. i.e. will threaten their health.

we live in a world where your innocent until proven guilty not "guilty until proven innocent"

or guilty cause i dont like you.

  • How often are these situations the case? 95%+ of abortions have been shown to be for mere convenience reasons -including some of the ones Tiller slipped in to his practice with bogus sign-offs.

"All they see is "A baby died""

Can you blame them though? I mean this is perhaps all they see, but it is the most glaring element of the debate. It's hard to convince someone of things about some silly stuff about a right to choose when kids are getting killed.

  • Well in the technical sense yes. He was repeatedly acquited but if you look at the (overly lax in the first place) Kansas law and the details of the case you will see he was "innocent" in the way OJ was. Besides just because someone is doing something that is technically legal doesn't disqualify them from being scummy trash. The guy was doing abortions on late term kids. In some cases they were half born even.

  • What kind of scum?

He wasnt convicted of any crime. The law is that late term abortion is permited if the child is not considered viable or if the pregnancy threaten s the mother's life. Those were the only cases tiller took. If he took any other he would have been convicted and sent to jail

Fox news and abortionists condemned and executed him.

Why because they are too dumb to even consider that their might be times when an abortion is necessary.

All they see is "A baby died"

  • You mean MSNBC? I don't know but whatever it is is dropping their poll ratings.

If it's the people shooting the abortionists just that they are a little disgruntled. I don't oppose abortion for religious reasons so you can't paint me with that and I don't think shooting abortionists is civil but I don't really care what happens to that kind of scum either. It's kind of like when a drug deal gets shot. It's sad but at least we won't have that trash polluting our society anymore.
