This is my rebuilt TechnoIsel router. Everything other than the frame has been changed. Control software is Mach3 from Artofsoft. Rotary axis is from Sherline. Servo controller is from Camtronics Inc. Router spindle is a Hitachi variable speed spindle. The router plate and spindle brackets I made on the Homag router you can see in my other videos. This machine originally had the entire Z-axis assembly moving together, I reversed this to reduce the weight and give the router a larger clearance and stroke in Z. Programmed using Vcarve software from Vectric.
